Where is Mystic Barrels located?
Do you have a showroom? Can I visit Mystic Barrels?
You can definitely visit! We are typically at the shop 9am-4pm Monday-Friday. We don’t have a proper showroom yet (coming soon!), but we usually have all of our used barrels and furniture products in stock, so you can see everything in person and take with you if you wish!

Where do the barrels come from?
We source full-truckloads of barrels from numerous wineries and distilleries across the US. The whiskey barrels typically have their origins in Kentucky, at popular distilleries such as Heaven Hill, Wild Turkey, Four Roses, Bartons, and others.
Are the used barrels available for sale?

Where is the furniture made?
All of our barrel furniture is made locally here at Mystic Barrels!
Which size stools should I use with my barrel table or cabinet?
A standard whiskey barrel sits at “counter-height”, which is 35 inches tall. Therefore the used barrels, Refurbished Barrels, Cabinets, and Pub Tables all pair perfectly with “counter-height” stools, which are 26 inches tall.
We have 2 counter-height stools options currently - our metal stools, and our stave stools (https://mysticbarrels.com/collections/seating).
Some customers desire for their pub table to be at bar-height, which is 42-inches. We carry two accessories that can elevate the pub table to bar-height: our Wooden Risers, and Elevated Footrail. For these applications, you will need to source bar-height stools elsewhere, but we can certainly take care of the table!
Do you take special orders/requests?
As time permits, yes, we do take on some custom requests! Send us an email or give us a call to discuss!
Can I outfit my commercial space such as a restaurant, brewery, or event center with your tables and furniture?
Absolutely. We have outfitted dozens of commercial spaces with our pub tables.

Delivery Information
Does Mystic Barrels offer pick-up options?
Yes! If you are within 100 miles of our location, you will see the ‘Local Pickup’ option at checkout. After placing the order, we will contact you within a week to schedule pickup.
That said, ensure that your vehicle has enough space to fit the order! If you have any questions about whether it will fit, please contact us, as we have done this many times!
Where can Mystic Barrels ship/deliver to?
We can ship or deliver to anywhere in the lower 48 states of the United States. We currently don’t ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.
Does Mystic Barrels offer a direct local/regional delivery service?
Yes! We run our own White-Glove delivery service throughout Pennsylvania and the neighboring states to keep delivery costs as low as possible, and to ensure you the highest quality of service.
All orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks.
After ordering, we will let you know which week we will be delivering your order. A few days before delivery, we will contact you with our 4-hour delivery window. Our delivery driver will contact you when he is en route to your stop as well.
Upon arrival, we can move your order to your room of choice, and take care of any assembly that is required.
We offer our Regional Delivery to anywhere in the highlighted delivery zone.
What shipping options are available?
For orders beyond our direct regional-delivery zone, we’ve partnered with various freight carriers to ensure safe and smooth transport from us to you!
You will receive tracking information within a week of ordering. All orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks.
Your shipping options and pricing will be auto-calculated at checkout based on your cart and location. The following services are available:
1. Threshold delivery: The freight carrier will unload your order and transport it to the first dry area of the location, such as a covered porch or garage.
2. White-Glove delivery: The freight carrier will unload your order into your room of choice, and take care of any assembly that is needed.
How much does shipping cost?
We do our best to keep shipping costs as low and affordable as possible! Our sophisticated delivery calculator will auto-calculate your shipping costs at checkout based on your location and cart!
Purchasing & Financing
How long will it take to get my furniture?
Orders for pickup will be ready within a week. All orders for shipping or delivery are delivered within 2-4 weeks.
What type of payments are accepted?
Yes, we offer 3-12 month financing options through ShopPay. Simply select the ShopPay option during checkout to apply and get approved.
