How the process works
After you place your order, you will receive a link to an online form to select and submit your engraving request. From there, our graphic designer will work on the design and send the proof to you to review and approve. Once approved, we will engrave it!

- Tracking will be sent to you when the order ships.
- We offer two options at checkout. In both cases, the shipping company will contact you to schedule delivery. Lead time from order to delivery is about 3-4 weeks.
- Threshold delivery - The shipping company will move the order to the first 'dry area' of the property (typically a garage or covered porch).
- White Glove Delivery & Assembly - The shipping company will move your order to your room of choice, complete any and all assembly that is needed, and dispose of all packaging materials.
